Forgetting a password happens to everyone. Recovering access to your MZ Account is a quick and straightforward process. On the sign-in page, click the "Forgot Password" link below the password field. You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account.

A password reset email will be sent to that address within minutes. The email contains a secure link that is valid for 24 hours. Click the link, enter your new password twice to confirm, and your account will be restored immediately.

Choose a strong password that is at least 12 characters long and includes a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
